I've spent my entire real estate career in North San Diego County. That focus has made me a better agent — I know which streets get afternoon shade, which schools are quietly improving, and how a given neighborhood actually behaves through different markets.

My approach is calm and direct. I won't pressure you into a home that's wrong for you, and I'll tell you when waiting is the smarter move. Most of my business comes from past clients and their friends, and I work hard to keep it that way.

Outside of real estate, you'll find me on the trails around Lake Hodges, supporting local restaurants in downtown Escondido, or exploring the back roads between Vista and the coast. North County is home — and it's a privilege to help others put down roots here.
