*UPDATE* (2 years later) — It was already time for me to move, and instead of renting my place out, I decided to sell my condo through Reina. Again, she was a fantastic Realtor. She definitely looked out for me, and I could tell she cared about me as a person, not just a commission. I had a couple of difficult buyers who tried negotiating terms I did not like, and Reina helped me come to a happy middle ground with one of the buyers. I ended up selling for what I wanted while also making it fair for the buyer during this time of high interest rates. Reina really was on my side through all of this; I felt like she truly fought for me. Selling the condo really felt victorious in the end. Do yourself a favor and work with Reina — she'd be your real estate guardian angel! :-) I’m so thankful I had Reina as my Realtor, especially buying in Southern California. I spotted a condo that I knew was going to sell fast, and somehow I was able to secure it quickly through her. She was able to work with me when I had to be out of the area during that crucial time, but everything ran smoothly with no pressure.
